Я поотключал в винде какие-то сервиса, и у меня резко хуже стал работать интернет -- долго думает, прежде чем идти на какой-нибудь сайт. Что это мог быть за сервис? Ведь вам наверняка даже и думать не надо, сразу понятно.
С DNS все нормально, он бежит. Из логов видно, что не запускается DCOM; что TCPIP говорит "TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.", и еще с DHCP проблема "Your computer was not able to renew its address from the network (from the DHCP Server) for the Network Card with network address 00112FE09A82. The following error occurred: The operation was canceled by the user. . Your computer will continue to try and obtain an address on its own from the network address (DHCP) server." Этот сервис зависит от TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper, который я отключил. Может, это он виноват?
